Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Gathered Word website located at https://www.gatheredword.com. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Who We Are

Gathered Word is operated by Michel Fofana, a micro-entrepreneur registered in France (6 rue d’Armaillé, 75017 Paris). Our legal entity is in the process of transitioning to a Spanish autonomo. These Terms will be updated accordingly. Contact: community@gatheredword.com.

2. Description of Services

Gathered Word offers the following services, which may evolve over time:

• Free content — daily Scripture reflections, devotional emails, and downloadable guides at no cost.
• Digital products — paid downloadable content such as PDF guides, workbooks, and study plans, sold via WooCommerce.
• Physical products — faith-inspired merchandise (apparel, accessories, home décor) fulfilled via print-on-demand through Printify, sold via WooCommerce.
• Affiliate recommendations — from time to time, we may recommend third-party products or services through affiliate links. See Section 9.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this website. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement. Purchases require you to be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction (18 in most countries).

4. Free Content & Newsletter

Our free Scripture guides and devotional emails are provided as a courtesy. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue free content at any time without notice. Subscribing to our newsletter constitutes consent to receive regular email communications. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

5. Digital Products — Purchase & Refund Policy

Digital products (PDFs, guides, workbooks) are delivered electronically immediately upon payment confirmation.

• No refunds after download. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final once the download link has been accessed.
• If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 7 days at community@gatheredword.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

6. Physical Products — Print-on-Demand (Printify)

Physical products are produced and shipped by Printify Inc. and its network of print partners. By placing an order for a physical product, you acknowledge that:

• Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary.
• Gathered Word is the seller of record; Printify is the fulfillment provider.
• Returns & refunds for physical products: We accept return or reprint requests only for items that are defective, misprinted, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence to community@gatheredword.com. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. This policy reflects the nature of made-to-order print-on-demand products.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s sole responsibility.

All original content on this website — including devotional texts, reflections, design elements, graphics, product descriptions, and the Gathered Word brand — is the exclusive property of [YOUR LEGAL NAME] and is protected by copyright law.
